My main responsibilities include;Identifying sales opportunities and managing our pipeline, as well as existing accounts with major international distributors and re-sellers. Closing deals after successfully communicating the key benefits of our hardware and software ecosystem.Setting up product demonstrations and workshops for teachers and students and customers.Attending international Edtech events and networking with both private and public sector.

Day to day management of retail store. Stock management and sales. Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff. Maximising profitability and meeting sales targets.

Working as a specialist at the Manchester Arndale Apple Store has required an in depth product knowledge and extensive training in sales and customer service. Achieving £500,000 revenue in my first year working as a part time specialist, this position has help develop my communication customer relationship skills. During this time I have been trained in using most apple software including pro apps.I have experience in taking one to one training sessions in which I have taught customers how to use software and how to fully utilize their Macs. This was done using a “lead learning” technique, which means that you allow the pupil to think and act themselves with your guidance rather than spoon-feeding information. This will allow them to solve problems for themselves in the future independently and this technique is a skill I will bring to my future position.Being part of the visual merchandising team within the store, I have developed the skills and attention to detail that enabled me to contribute to the highest level of store presentation, signage and displays, product design and overall layout.

Temporary position which included giving workshops on the lomographic techniques and history as well as getting the best results from Lomo cameras and film. Other duties included sales of cameras and film, processing deliveries and lab orders. While working in the store, I used my previous design and visual merchandising experience to create exciting new window displays and transform the store for different product launches. Along with visual merchandising, I would organise and manage these events securing sponsorship and brand support from many different beverage companies such as Jeremiah Weed, Brewdog and Brothers Cider.
