Working as a specialist at the Manchester Arndale Apple Store has required an in depth product knowledge and extensive training in sales and customer service. Achieving £500,000 revenue in my first year working as a part time specialist, this position has help develop my communication customer relationship skills. During this time I have been trained in using most apple software including pro apps.I have experience in taking one to one training sessions in which I have taught customers how to use software and how to fully utilize their Macs. This was done using a “lead learning” technique, which means that you allow the pupil to think and act themselves with your guidance rather than spoon-feeding information.
