I work in the area of SAP S/4HANA Product Management in APJ. Main objective is to help scale the knowledge and adoption of SAP S/4HANA in the region. My current portfolio is focused on increasing the adoption of SAP Intelligent technologies (Robotic Process Automation, Conversational AI, Machine Learning, Situation Handling etc.) for SAP S/4HANA customers ( on-Prem or Cloud) in APJ region.My last stint was that of Regional Lead in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Customer Care Office for APJ and Greater China region. Empowered with a great network of Product Experts, Customer Success Managers, Customer Engagement Executives and SAP Services team, my primary task was to ensure that all our S/4HANA Cloud customers in the region go-live successfully. Current responsibilities also include creation of non-coded assets like S/4HANA roadmaps, external presentations, use case stories for early demonstrations, statement of direction etc. Am also required to partner with field organizations on specific deal pursuits involving deep product expertise and strategy/roadmap guidance. Had also been involved with most of our early S/4HANA Cloud customers in their implementations in the capacity of a product expert. Current responsibilities also include participating in co-innovation workshops with our customers and partners to decide on the future scope/functionalities of our S/4HANA Cloud product line.

Responsible for leadership spanning entire SAP Procurement portfolio solutions including on-premise (SRM/CLM/SLC/SPM) and cloud (Ariba/Fieldglass/Concur) for SAP Solution Delivery Center.Have been involved in a number of end-to-end SAP implementations involving SAP Procurement Applications. Have led the implementation of SRM, Sourcing and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) modules at various customer sites.

Worked as a solution consultant & architect in a number of end-to-end SAP implementations for large global accounts in the Procurement domain. Led a number of projects in various industries including Oil & Gas, Telecom, Mining and Agri-Business. Major focus areas included SAP SRM, CLM, SLC & SPM modules within SAP Business Suite. Also, participated in on premise to cloud integration projects.
