CurrentAs Head of Marketing, Andrew oversees the Markting, Digital and Audience Development elements of UK Productions Ltd.Andrew additionally holds the position of Head of Audiences, Marketing and Sales at Blackpool's iconic Grand Theatre, and has been with the company for over 22-years leading audience insight developments. Andrew's experience in Digital is extensive, working with leading agencies in Sales Revenue and Artificial Intellegence. Working with leading companies in their field worldwide such as, Activity Stream, crowdEngage, Spektrix, the Evergreen Agency, and many more.Audience Development practice includes working with The Audience Agency who enable cultural organisations to use national data to increase their relevance, reach and resilience. The Audience Agency is funded by the Arts Council England, as a Sector Support Organisation, to lead on supporting cultural organisations to gain a deeper understanding of current and potential audiences. Additional partnership include working with Katy Rains and Alan McGregor at Indigo on specific Audience Development projects (Customer Analysis). Indigo empowers the cultural sector to increase engagement with audiences and visitors through pragmatic problem-solving, and (vital) insights. The projects involved obtaining a real understanding of needs to better understand audiences, improve our work and to think bigger.Other areas include; large scale Website Build/Developments, and Customer Experience Design (UX/User Journey) Development, working within the Entertainment and high-end Hospitality Industry (Customer Services and Journey).Most importantly, Andrew believes that we can work together to build a stronger sector in an open, collaborative approach so that we are all constantly sharing and learning.
