Pop Culture Enthusiast Club "Genshiken" ITB is a college society that focuses on empowering students in the study of art, pop culture, and the creative industry. It is an inclusive community that provides students the opportunity explore their artistic interests and talents, connect with like-minded individuals, expand their connections in Indonesia's creative community, and learn various organizational skills to then use in their careers.As the Head of Creative Affairs at Genshiken ITB, I lead six distinct creative departments, guiding them in the development and execution of innovative programs. My role is centered on:- Supervise the initiation and execution of creative programs across all departments, ensuring they align with our mission of fostering creativity within the community.- Spearhead the creation of consistent, high-quality programs aimed at engaging the creative community, promoting skill enhancement, and encouraging collaboration.- Actively work to build an environment that nurtures the creative growth of our members, offering opportunities to further refine their abilities in various creative fields.Through this position, I strive to cultivate an inclusive and dynamic community where creativity and learning thrive.

As Vice President of Genshiken ITB, I am responsible for overseeing the organization’s creative departments and ensuring the seamless execution of key initiatives. My primary responsibilities include:- Oversee critical initiatives like the Genshiken Staff Training program, "GenJourney," ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience for new potential staff members.- Work closely with other vice presidents and the president, the executive board, to make decisions that shape the future of Genshiken, fostering a collaborative environment and driving the organization forward.

As the head of Game Division, my goal is to revive the game community within genshiken with 2 projects :1. G2GT (Gen-tan Gen-kun Genshiken Tournament) : Tournament designed to provide a competitive enviroment for the game community.2. COOP Board Game : Routine board game playing activities to cater to board game enthusiast.

Create content with aim of developing an engaging and impactful content for Genshiken's social media platforms.

Comic Frontier, also known as COMIFURO (or abbreviated as CF) is one of the biggest doujinshi convention held in Indonesia. Popular for their activities and participants such as doujin marketplace, cosplay show, corporate booth, music performance, and talk shows about creative industries in Indonesia. The convention has been heavily influenced by the Japanese Comiket convention.At Comifuro 18, I am tasked under the item deposit counter, which makes my job description as below : - Retrieve items from comifuro visitors and store them in a safe and organized storage- Working with other deposit counter members together as a team in order to provide a most enjoyable experience for visitors.

At Studeeds, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping 3rd-year high school students enter their favorite colleges through free and routine courses, I served as the Social Media Manager. My role involved:- Scheduled and posted engaging content across Studeeds' Instagram and Twitter platforms, ensuring consistent communication with our audience.- Crafted compelling and informative posts that resonated with Studeeds’ followers, driving engagement and raising awareness about our programs.- Actively engaged with the online community, responding to inquiries, fostering discussions, and maintaining a positive social media presence.- Provided clear and concise information in a form of content about Studeeds' teaching programs.

Led the activities at LISA, such as training for Debate competitions, training for MUN competitions, and training for speech competitions. Fostered an english-speaking community and have routine events to meet up and interact with each other.
