• Supported ParentText, a new digital evidence-based parenting intervention, with research and project management tasks• Supported ParentText to develop a proposal for UNICEF Mexico and the Mexican government to design a hybrid intervention targeting caregivers with children 0-5

• Developed and implemented the grant allocation guidelines and funding tracing procedures for the entire organization, ensuring consistency of quality and success for existing and future programs.• Monitored the program implementation and resource allocation of more than seven different social development and education projects in Central and Southeast Mexico

Leader of the research project: Tax framework proposal for indigenous artisans. The position involved interviews with academics, public servants, and archival and literature reviews. The final document was submitted to the Mexican Congress.

• Research assistant: Creative Industries in Mexico• Organised and coordinated the book fair PaperWorks, in partnership with the Museum of Modern Art and the Museum Tamayo. The fair gathered around 100 national and international exhibitors, conferences, and workshops. • Developed the fundraising and communication strategies for the Tlatelolco Memorial Museum proposal.

• Project manager - "Identity and Belonging". Filming project targeting undergraduate students from public and private institutions and providing financial and training support to produce a documentary that safeguards Mexico´s cultural and historical heritage.• Public and private fundraising activity to sustain Identity and Belonging. That year the program beneficiated around 50 students.
