Lead the team to finish project DFM, equipment list, investment plan and plant layout, initiative communicate with clients to understand what they needs, the whole project status and other issues, and review with customer to get approval. 2. Planning the build schedule, updating the project status, ramp up and follow them up, review with clients regularly and update, ensure the client's satisfaction. 3. Preparing for new and current clients' visit, arrange the cars, foods and other requests from clients. Present the new technology and top issue solution to them to get more order and new project. 4. Report the project top issues and progress to senior director regularly, get support from them. 5. Lead the team to monitor the DFX and give some comments to improve the yield and efficiency. Persuade the clients to approve the changes with data and analysis report, and organize to roll in internal after the approval. 6. Lead the team to analyze and close the top issues (material, quality, capacity and etc.) by convening meetings, to meet or exceed clients' demand and quality guarantee. 7. Lead the team to convene meetings in every builds, summarize and make actions to prevent recurrence in next builds. 8. Achieve the yield target which is promised with clients, achieve the efficiency target which can earn profits for factory. Show less
