Current• Utilizing Google Apps Script, Python, and R to design and manage surveys effectively through platforms such as Survey To Go, LimeSurvey, and Google Forms. • Automating the survey data export process using R and Command Line to enhance efficiency. • Designing and implementing templates for uploading data into internal applications, and performing validation to ensure data accuracy. • Building customized dashboards to visualize survey results and general data information in detail using Looker Studio. • Conducting in-depth statistical analysis using R and Python to explore and analyze survey data, providing valuable insights for decision-makers. • Performing data scraping from various platforms such as Playstore, Maps, TikTok, Facebook, and websites. • Conducting sentiment analysis (positive, negative, and neutral) and mapping code frame for each review using R & Python. • Analyzing emotions using Hugging Face transformer in Python to provide insights into data.
