Ramesh' most recent leadership role involved in managing offshore delivery center(s) for one of the large Canadian financial service institution. This engagement comprises of multiple technologies spanning across Microsoft (C# .Net, MVC, MS Dynamics), Middle-ware (WMB, WTX, FTM), Websphere Portal etc.. and multiple domains such as Retail Banking, Payments, Wealth Management, Treasury and Investor Services.. Managed a peak team size of 150 + where 80% of the team was located in India.Ramesh was managed one of the top 5 Audit & Accounting firms - European wing Offshore development Center in India. Under his leadership, the team has excelled in providing the application management service for multiple business units by meeting all the defined/agree SLAs for three consecutive years and successfully delivered multiple design build projects, including SAP CRM and HR implementation . As part of the innovation, he has implemented various automation to improve the productivity of the team and passed the benefits to the client. His leadership experience is complemented with the specialization in organizational change projects within AD&I including Transition and Transformation, involving the successful implementation and institutionalization of standardized processes such as performance metrics and measurements processes and production change management programs. Apart from this, he has got excellent experience on pre-sales activities while working with multiple financial service clients at various geographies.

Worked as Delivery Manager with Tata Consultancy Services (1996 - 2006), India. During this tenure, he has a. Lead a large technical and functional team at Deutsche Bank (based out of Singapore) to implement the Fixed Income Settlement System for 17+ APAC Countries and managed the RTB services .b. Lead the team (based out of New York) to implement the multiple interfaces with NASD and Island ECN for multiple trading and settlement applications for Lehman' Brothers c. Lead the team to implement and manage the Multi market Trading System (includes ORS, Broadcast, Risk Management, Clearing and Settlement system) for one of the India' domestic stock exchange. d. Worked as a Business Analysts and the Onsite Lead (based out of Maryland) with NASD to develop and implement the CFOCUS report system with SEC for all NASD' member firms based c. Worked as Developer (based out of North Carolina) for NORTEL to implement various services with the DMS switch
