Under his leadership, the team has excelled in providing the application management service for multiple business units by meeting all the defined/agree SLAs for three consecutive years and successfully delivered multiple design build projects, including SAP CRM and HR implementation . Lead the team (based out of New York) to implement the multiple interfaces with NASD and Island ECN for multiple trading and settlement applications for Lehman' Brothers c. Lead the team to implement and manage the Multi market Trading System (includes ORS, Broadcast, Risk Management, Clearing and Settlement system) for one of the India' domestic stock exchange. d. Worked as a Business Analysts and the Onsite Lead (based out of Maryland) with NASD to develop and implement the CFOCUS report system with SEC for all NASD' member firms based c.
