• Review of project information analyzing the requirements to ensure that the equipment design meets the client's needs, based on applicable standards and design guides, both internal and sectorial, national and international.• Performs mechanical design calculations using the internal tools (programs and manuals) necessary to ensure the correct design and operation of the equipment.• Release of drawings using AutoCAD/Inventor/NX Unigraphiscs to guarantee the correct assembly and operation between components.• Prepares bill of materials through SAP system according to applicable regulations in the organization for the generation of purchase and production orders.• Prepares 2D and 3D drawings drawing, reviewing and approving for shipment to the client and this in turn reviews and approves, as well as for use by suppliers and Manufacturing Engineering necessary in the manufacture of equipment.• Review of compliance with the characteristics of the auxiliary equipment with suppliers, validating that they can ensure the proper functioning of the pumping equipment (plans, instrumentation, motors, turbines, lubrication systems, mechanical seals, etc.)• Prepares and review documents such as DTI's, instrument lists, wiring diagrams, instrumentation data sheets and 2D and 3D drawings for customer approval and review, as well as for Use of suppliers and Manufacturing Engineering necessary in the installation of instruments in the equipment• Request and review of FEA analysis to advance engineering in order to meet structural requirements.• Provides technical assistance to clients, suppliers and the different areas of the corporation regarding the equipment supplied.
