Manage and oversee all HR operational processes related to employee lifecycle in alignment with regional compliances and organizational policies.Design/Maintain and monitor the service level KPIs and SLAs as defined for the processes.Accountable for work allocation and ensure focus on improving the team’s productivity & deliver high efficiencies with mechanism to effectively measure performance metrics.Administer and maintain related data points and ensure 100% accuracy and data integrity.Manage any queries escalated and ensure that issues are dealt with organizational guidelines and within defied timeline's.Quarterly review of targets and performance standards expected from the Shared Services organization.Participate and lead in both internal and external audits as in when required.Drive the evolution of the HR shared services function and develop a future focused HRSS strategy.Identify and deliver service improvement activity through employing process improvement methodologies, application and innovative thinking.Work with key stakeholders and customers to continuously evaluate the HRSS service, monitoring feedback and operational activity to improve the overall service.

Perform data audits and data clean-up activities. Respond and resolve employee complex inquires or issues escalated. Engaging HR partners as necessary. Maintaining the document management process and controls including integrity and compliance of all aspects.Managing employee engagement activities andlearning programs. Conducting surveysperiodically. Audit personnel files and ensure they are stored according to local requirements. Identify and implement additional audits as required.Develop and maintain references materials to describe the team’s philosophy and approach, particularly as new process is introduced.Drive organization level initiatives. Ensure end to end execution of all the activities/processes assigned such as onboarding, separation, payroll inputs, overseas movements, etc in a timely manner. Query or issue resolution within SLA.Identify and remove redundancies in activities/processes handled and optimize operational cost.Ensure completion of compliance related trainings.Document preparation relating to the entire employee life cycle including employment contracts, comp correction letter, roles and responsibilities letters, reference letters etc. Responsible for leave management, handling time sheets and performing reconciliation activities. Managing the employee self-service page and providing guidance on system related queries.Ensure and maintain Data accuracy and integrity through quality checks, provide MIS/Reports as per timelines and compliance requirements.Working closely with G4 Oracle team and prepare BRD’s for system implementations.
