As CFO of WellBe, I am the primary strategic and analytical business partner to the WellBe CEO, its Board of Directors and the broader executive team. I have responsibility for all finance, accounting, actuarial, and revenue cycle functions, including financial strategy and planning, annual business planning, financial reporting, internal audit, tax, and treasury.

As CFO and Chief Risk Officer, I managed all of the company's financial operations including treasury, accounting, tax, operational risk and cyber security functions. However, in addition to the risk and finance areas, I also had responsibility for EFE's M&A, Strategy, and Analytics efforts. I was also responsible for managing the company's $2.9 billion in publicly traded debt which included being the primary point of contact for EFE's debt investors and rating agencies.

As CFO of CVS Caremark, I led the financial operations of CVS Health’s largest division with $131 billion in revenue and $5 billion in operating income. From 2014 to 2016, I served as CVS' Head of Corporate Development. In this role, I was responsible for the execution of CVS Health’s $78 billion acquisition of Aetna acting as a strategic advisor to CVS Health’s CEO and the Board of Directors throughout the process. In 2018 I was awarded CVS Health's CEO Award in recognition for outstanding performance and extraordinary contributions to the company.

In this role, I acted as strategic advisor to CEO, CFO and Board of directors in mission critical transactions including the $78 billion Aetna transaction. As part of that role, my accomplishments included the following:-As COO of Aetna Integration, I was responsible for managing all aspects of the Aetna transaction IMO including developing a full integration plan, staffing of integration teams, and creation of new operating model, among other tasks-I led a cross-functional team responsible for generating the publicly announced $750 million synergy target and creating a new combined operating model to reduce medical costs-Managed execution of the $78 billion Aetna acquisition which included all aspects of due diligence, financial analysis, synergy estimates and contract negotiations, among other tasks, and I acted as the main internal strategic advisor to CVS Health's CEO, CFO and its Board of Directors-I led CVS Health's sale of Rx Crossroads, a pharmaceutical hub services provider, to McKesson for $735 million representing a 12x FV/CY EBITDA multiple. This included creating a full strategic marketing plan for the business and successfully negotiating a merger agreement and a TSA

Responsible for CVS Health International's P&L, A wholly-owned division of CVS Health whose main asset is a pharmacy e-commerce and a retail business with 1,700 employees acquired in January of 2013. The business, called Onofre, is based in Brazil and includes the leading e-commerce pharmacy operator in Latin America.In this role, Mr. Ramos successfully restructured and integrated the business by creating and implementing a new strategic plan and building a new leadership team.

-I was responsible for JP Morgan’s investment banking coverage of Consumer, Retail, and Apparel clients -Generated average annual fees of over $20 million from M&A and Capital Market products-Led the bank’s effort to reduce credit exposure to Consumer and Retail sectors during credit crisis of 2008

-Responsible for leading several transactions including advisory assignments and financings in the Media and Technology Sectors -Advisory assignments have included sell-side and buy-side mandates, merger-of-equals transactions, spin-offs, split-offs, tender and exchange offers-Former Communications and Media Group staffer responsible for managing 35 Associates from 2002 to 2003
