Responsible for the development and execution and of multiple international commercial aircraft oxygen system applications through major phases (Proposal, Execution, Certification);Proposal Phase- Manage internally and externally the technical definition of proposed system- Creation of work breakdown structures (WBS) and program schedule- Creation of recurring (RC)and non-recurring cost(NRC) budgets (RC>$4 million, NRC >$1 Million)-Support the customer in the definition and selection of the optimal systemExecution Phase-Lead the program for the organization and in front of the customer (e.g. Bombardier, LearJet, COMAC, Cirrus, Cessna, Mitsubishi)-Resolve conflicts between internal and external teams, direct solution in line with business case-Ensure deliverables (documents and hardware) are on delivered on time and on budget-Maintenance and optimization of business case as program matures (reduce costs, increase profits)-Risk Management (Identification, documentation, analysis,mitigation-action, tracking)-Report and balance the risks, resources, schedule and cost of the programCertification/Entry into service (EIS) Phase-Work with regulatory authorities (Transport Canada, FAA, EASA, etc) via end customer and to support certification of aircraft system-Deliver certification test data reports, flight test hardware to customer on time and within budget-Coordination of aftermarket support activities--Travel internationally and domestically to support programs (France, Germany, Russia, China, Canada etc)--Collaborate with cross functional team for the development of new products and technologies, improve efficiencies / time to market
