Responsible for the end-to-end availability of the technological infrastructure and Informtion Security (IS) for SAP Project delivery System which consists of Firewall, IDS/IPS, DLP, LB, Application gateway, storage arrays, network, servers, and middleware. Primary focus is on the delivery of technological solutions and IS that are aligned with the critical business processes of the delivery System. This position is responsible for the coordinated management of interdependent and extremely complex projects over a finite period of time in order to support and achieve the strategic goals of the project delivery both offshore and onsite. Collaborate with IT partners to identify strategic technology solutions to meet their objectives and goals. Manage the delivery of IT Security solutions to align with the overall business strategy. Assemble and manage cross functional teams for project execution. Oversee all infrastructure related projects and project budgets. Ensure data protection, legal & compliace, software licensing, maintenance and service agreements are accurate and in force. Manages the activities of all Technical Services staff. Maintains a budget for the associated cost centers to include compensation, supplies, software, and hardware. Organizes and schedules a variety of major and/or complex tasks for the Technical Services staff in a timely and proficient manner.

End to end Infrastructure Security and Data Protection comply with PCI DSS standards.Ensure business continuity with full responsibility for 100% up time and system redundancy. Responsible for Risk & Compliance. Provide Secure Platform to develop software applications for the development community.Define security policies and guidelines for the development community for better platform to perform increased productivity.Research and implement new innovative technologies that are capable of enhancing business productivity.

Provide leadership and vision for the IT department includes strategic planning of information systems.Develop strategic direction for the information systems plan including technology deployment plans and departmental budgets.Direct all information technology and network system deployment and maintenance including all IT infrastructure, wireless communications, PC systems, local networks and mobile environment.Manage IT training for IT staff members and end user training on software and desktop systems.Create operational policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and best practices.Recruit, hire and train IT staff, engineer and network administrators.Oversee department meetings with staff leads and managers to ensure continuity of information systems support and goal attainment.Ensure project completion by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments, IT staff and data center employees.
