Paxos is a fintech startup focused on building a blockchain infrastructure platform powering crypto for companies like PayPal and equities settlement for broker-dealers like Credit Suisse. I continue to support Paxos as an advisor to the senior leadership.

In my time as Chief Operating Officer I grew the team from 8 to 190 employees, launched the first regulated blockchain focused Trust company and raised $500M in capital at a latest valuation of $2.4BI was responsible for pulling together the people, products and processes to make our CEO and co-founder’s vision a reality. I oversaw a wide variety of teams including product, legal, compliance, security, operations, people, reporting & analytics, finance/accounting and strategic initiatives. I have also at times served as the Chief Risk Officer and interim Head of Product.

Basta is a non-profit committed to bridging the college-to-career gap for first-generation college-goers of color. As a board member I contribute my network, skills and resources to drive Basta’s ongoing growth and sustainability. As the governance committee chair I work with the executive team and other board members to establish and maintain the charter of the board of directors.

My role was to develop strategic partnerships supporting the development of new Google Display Ad Products (mobile, video and desktop). The partnerships I focused on were in the data and measurement spaces.

Led all business operations for Condition One, a panoramic video technology company backed by Techstars, Mark Cuban, George Kliavkoff and others. Scaled the organization through strategic planning, hiring key business and engineering talent, and establishing operational processes

Worked with companies going through the TechStars NYC '12 (Class Pass, Bench, etc.) to successfully navigate the accelerator program and build their businesses/products.

At this WPP subsidiary, I operationalized the CEO's vision by working with each department to manage the Client Services, Product, Technology and Operations teams.

Co-founded digital media company focused on developing and operating digital properties, such as ad-supported and eCommerce websites.

Spearheaded the creation of a customer insights and analytics group that leveraged innovative research techniques and solutions such as Social Media Buzz Monitoring (using social media conversations as a focus group) and Search Informed Research (mining search frequency data to understand consumer behavior). Generated new revenue streams by selling digital marketing strategy consulting projects as well as digital and social media research projects for current and new clients.

Product manager for the firm’s enterprise information group. Designed and implemented first ever firm-wide Metadata program, reducing overall firm-wide risk and shortening technology development cycles. Awarded the “Morgan Stanley Global Operations & Services Award for Excellence” (2005)
