• Manage the data migration department and provide line management to its members
• Liaise and offer consultative support to Sales and Account Management for configuration, implementation and data migration

• Testing new software functionality developed and assisting the quality assurance process.
• Creating and reviewing help files to assist clients using the system.

• Support to customers giving clear and concise instruction to assist varied users of altered levels of computer proficiency.
• Plan and document procedures for the testing of new software, carry out testing and document all findings.
• Coordinate and train new recruits for the role of helpdesk analyst.
• Accurately log all calls taken, updating customer records when necessary for administration purposes.
• Liaise with field engineers, company directors and senior management, sales persons and training companies
• Timely resolution of problems and attention to customer’s needs
