The company takes on clients by contract and matches them to Squared Away employees (assistants) who would work with those clients to complete any tasks they needed help with. In my time with SA I learned to use new programs and platforms such as Quickbooks, Convertkit, Monday.com, Asana, EasyWebinar, and more. I cleaned up and organized multiple Gmail accounts with 6,000+ emails in their inbox down to 20 or less emails. I maintained and managed these inboxes following my clean up.I conducted research for my clients for products or services and made final decisions in purchasing those items if they met their criteria. I managed several calendars per client and all of their scheduling. I created instructional videos via Loom for both my clients and their clients.I worked from home assisting multiple clients while caring for my toddler. Squared Away is a great company to work with and taught me how to be assertive with my boundaries and improved my communication skills in email, text, and verbally.
