Certificates in HITRUST, Azure, CEH and Security+.I worked for a Fortune 500 Company for 15 years and owned an IT consulting business for many years after that. In 2016 I decided to take a break from Consulting and sail around the world. I obtained an RYA YachtMaster Offshore Certificate and proceeded to complete a circumnavigation by crewing on other people's boats, or what I call, Global Hitchhiking. It was the adventure of a lifetime, visiting 40+ countries, and experiencing the slow-travel lifestyle found only on a sailboat. I enjoyed pursuing my dreams and meeting amazing people along the way.In 2019 it was time to get back to work. I did Security Consulting for a couple of years after obtaining a Security+ Certificate and in 2021 finished a master's degree in Cybersecurity. I'm currently working as the Team Lead to a group of SOC Analysts at MindPointGroup.
