1) Sales and Account Management: Manage 100 accounts, develop and execute strategic account plans to digitalise Sabah SME through Mobile, Fixed & Solution (Voice, IOT, Cloud): - Successfully converted the largest resort in Sabah to Maxis Connectivity Solution from an incumbent provider of 13 years as part of their Digital Transformation Plan. Phase 2 will focus on digital solution implementation i.e. UC and Cloud.- Successfully closed 22 units of IOT smart fleet management solution for a state-GLC in the water industry for Phase 1.- Successfully negotiated and closed a deal of 152 mobile lines for a major client and maintaining a multi-year business relationship from porting out to competitors.- Successfully achieve 110% target of new lines GA of Maxis Business Postpaid plan. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Pre-sales, Pricing, Network) in addressing customer needs effectively and ensure timely delivery of solutions2) Go-to-Market: Develop and executed GTM strategy through collaboration with Government agencies & Business Association, mobile roadshow, targeted cluster attack and speaker at workshop & seminar- Speaker at Maxis eKelas Usahawan for 600 women micro-entrepreneurs in collaboration with Koperasi Wanita Malaysia Berhad3) After Sales Support: Provided proactive after-sales support and escalation addressing any billing, payment, network coverage and other issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Join as business partner and establish the digital media and creative production business by developing two new products: Flix Digital and Koppa TV. - Successfully secured and executed nationwide advertising campaign for Ministry Youth & Sports (Malaysia) to promote TVET institutions- Successfully secured video production campaign in the private sector for sports & lifestyle brands, luxury continental automotive brand and FMCG- Collaborated with cross-functional teams including creative, media, and analytics to ensure seamless digital campaign execution.

I am the Malaysia Youth Ambassador and also Youth Leader for the Malaysia Contingent. My tasks include:1) Manage a team of 29 youth ambassadors for a 53 days trips to Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Malaysia. This includes handling, sponsorship, press media, logistics, cultural performance, exhibition and many more.2) Attend Courtesy Call with the Prime Minister of Japan, Shinzo Abe and Princess Mako.3) Attend Courtesy Call with the Deputy Prime Minister of Lao PDR. 4) Manage a team of 30 Youth Ambassadors from Japan and 10 ASEAN countries for 53 days.
