In my capacity as a certified trainer, I possess the capability to instruct high school teachers in my country and even beyond, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to utilize Wikipedia as a tool to enhance the Media and Information Literacy abilities of their students.Beyond my role as a trainer, our team of certified trainers is collectively establishing a global community that unites both the certified trainers and the teachers who have undergone training. Within this growing community, I take on the responsibilities related to communication design and managing funding aspects to support its development.

As one of the two South Asian representatives and the youngest member, I had the privilege of serving on the Leadership Development Working Group. Together with my colleagues, we pioneered the definition of the distinct leadership characteristics within the Wikimedia Movement and developed templates for the implementation of leadership development projects within local Wikimedia communities.In my role, I made significant contributions to policy drafting initiatives and also managed communication and community-building tasks, playing a vital role in the group's activities.

As an independent consultant, I specialized in translating and localizing policy documents, community notices, and related content for the Wikimedia Foundation. My role demanded a profound grasp of community best practices, policy guidelines, and movement governance. Additionally, it required fluency in Wikimedia jargon, English, and the target language, Bangla, in this case.

Project Korikath, another Wikimedia group that I co-founded and nurtured from its inception, boasts contributors hailing from more than 7 countries, proficient in over 11 languages, as of October 2023.In my role as the strategic lead of this project, I am responsible for formulating multi-year growth plans, providing guidance on trust and safety measures, and forging partnerships to achieve our objectives.Under my strategic guidance, the project has expanded to encompass contributors from over 7 countries and 11 languages. Our efforts have resulted in the creation of 17,000+ media files, which are now featured in over 3,000 Wikimedia pages, including English Wikipedia. Our media has garnered more than 6 million views, underscoring our significant contribution to the Wikimedia ecosystem.

Young activists dedicated to the Wikimedia movement have a set of distinct needs that, until now, have not received comprehensive attention. Through our initiative, Wikivibrance, we have embarked on recognizing the unique requirements of youth within the movement and initiated youth advocacy efforts.I assume the role of South Asia contact and community management specialist within the organization. Additionally, I contribute to policy drafting and participate in strategic decision-making processes, actively contributing to our mission.

Notre Dame English Club bestowed upon me the highest and most esteemed honorary lifetime membership award. This recognition was in honor of my demonstrated leadership, emotional intelligence, outreach efforts, and my skillset in community development, particularly during my journey in establishing the NDEC Wikipedia Editorial and Research Team.The college authorities and faculty recognized my dedication and leadership qualities during the award ceremony. The esteemed principal personally presented me with this award.As an honorary lifetime member, I am privileged to receive special invitations to all of the club's activities and retain the right to contribute to the club for my entire lifetime. These privileges are typically rescinded for regular members once they graduate from the college.

I introduced the Wikimedia Movement to the students of my college through NDEC and initiated this team. Our collective mission is to ensure that free knowledge is accessible to every person on the planet.Building the organizational structure and workflow of this team was a ground-up effort for me. I had to strike a balance between the academic demands on the students and their involvement in an extensive global movement. It required innovative methods to introduce an entirely new and unfamiliar world to the educational stakeholders. Throughout this journey, consistency was key, and I had to navigate hard times using my emotional intelligence skills while creating an entirely new student community from the ground up.

My past successes in the organization earned me the prestigious role of Assistant General Secretary in the Writing and Publications Department at Notre Dame English Club. In this position, I contributed to planning NDEC's annual publications, created social media content strategies, and led various ongoing projects for the organization. This all took place during the pandemic, which meant our team had to think outside the box and adapt to new challenges.

I served as a copywriter for NDEC's publications and social media channels. Additionally, I took the lead on regular organization projects. I also volunteered in hospitality, discipline, planning, and management roles during the country's largest English language carnival organized by Notre Dame English Club, overseeing approximately 6,000 guests from across the nation. Furthermore, I played a key role in managing the club's regular sessions, which attracted approximately 300 members each week.

During this training, I engaged in collaboration with fellow trainees hailing from 18 different countries. This experience involved the comparison of my country's education system with those of others, requiring me to function within a remote, real-time, multicultural, and multilingual environment. The training equipped me with foundational knowledge in grantmaking, partnership development, project planning, facilitation, and team management.Participating in this training facilitated my connection to the global Wikimedia and Education community, providing me with a network that spans nearly every corner of the world.

In addition to regular debate practice sessions in the debating club, I participated in a total of six intra and inter school debate tournaments during my high school tenure. After securing consecutive championships in intra-school debate competitions, I was entrusted with leading my high school's most formidable debate team into inter-school championships. Under my leadership, we participated in four inter-school tournaments, clinching one championship and reaching the semi-finals in two others.
