Here I was responsible for oversight and direction on all levels of our operations across the business, which is comprised of self-catering units, tenanted farmland, conservation woodland and a subsidiary charity. My work involved both day-to-day business support and large project delivery.All surplus goes directly to YMCA North Tyneside to deliver youth.

Working the business to maintain a surplus for our Charity owners - YMCA North Tyneside.Every day was different here, whether it's working with volunteers, managing our self catering site or tending to the woodland.

I took great pleasure in being a key member of the store development team, facilitating the smooth transition from old site to new. Immediately our hard work started paying off. The store rode a wave of drastically increased results for several years.

I worked at Yorkshire Trading Company as their temporary Manager, as they developed their new store. This was fast-paced and demanding work that required an organised approach.

Here at Catstycam I’ve achieved a great deal. My work has involved a full rebrand and streamlining of the business, with a view to improving footfall and turnover. I not only focused on the image, but the actual practices and systems within the shops too. I’ve found it very rewarding to see my hard work come into fruition. I am responsible for two shops.

Whilst working for Stuart Laverick at Appropriate Solutions, I was solely responsible for in-house graphic design for use online. This involved extensive use of Photoshop and a few other programs to achieve what each client required. My main areas of responsibility were;- Bespoke design to brief,- Integrated design,- Daily admin tasks,- Website support.

Working for Tallington, my main responsibilities were;- Processing online sales, - Developing/updating content, - Monitoring and assessing site performance, - Sales logistics, customer care, online marketing, - Staff management, - Back office administration.Whilst working here I was also utilised as a climbing instructor in line with my personal experience.
