A Helsinki Based Archviz Agency

Zoan is a studio with a vision to making the virtual reality. Focused on creating virtual worlds, concerts, and interactive content, our main mission is to be the right hand of clients. Overseeing a group of more than 50 people, I am responsible for our production and products as a whole, from how they are sold, to customer experience until the delivery. The greatest challenge has been rebuilding our whole product lifecycle – a company wide effort, that requires a lot of collaboration with all departments. We have been streamlining our products and exploring new areas while braving the new reality of a pandemic-affected world.A lot of my energy goes into people matters. After all, it's all about people in the end. Company culture, policies, and work dynamics are crucial when we talk about bringing the company to the next level. And I believe my diverse background plays a strong role to help me develop this task well.I also personally oversee some of our more complex or special projects.

On top of overseeing our operations and production, my main responsibility here was to help shape the vision of our Real Estate products. Responsible for strategizing and creating business partnerships that would take the department to the next level, and making sure we would deliver on our word. The key challenge here was finding our market fit again in the middle of a saturating market when it comes to Archviz content. Beyond that, I managed the development of 3 new game-engine-based products and released a new version of our platform that helps our clients display their real estate portfolio online to help their users find the right space for themselves.

My greatest challenge here was transitioning our whole team into real-time based productions. Working very closely with other departments of the company we setup our first annual vision week, where not only we involve and update our team on the company’s vision but ran a series of workshops for implementing new production workflow and the use of new technologies in our projects. I was still involved in managing a few special projects, the development of our software services and dealing constantly with clients and consulting on their marketing strategies and campaings. As operations manager, I started working closer with sales team to align better our market fit and also oversaw over 20 people. I also implemented our first individual development discussions for employee feedback. The Erottaja 2 project I managed was the winner of the Unreal Engine RTX category of the 2019 3DArchitecture Awards.

Managed a team of 9 people to deliver our products for our real estate department. Established and implemented our internal file organization system with the team. Responsible for creating brief and documentation to support the team in their work, and new workflow methods. With these implementations we were able to cut our delivery time on projects by 40%, increasing our capacity and revenue.

Responsible for modeling and composing scenes for rendering Archviz content. Also responsible for consulting on architectural interpretation and fidelity on projects that I was not personally modeling.
