Lead Facilities Maintenance
CurrentLead facilities maintenance, working with 2 dozen guys scheduling and helping with plastic extrusion molding machines in a 20k square ft shop. Keeping the shop running, making deliveries, scheduling vendors and keeping bathrooms and store rooms stocked. Everything from wiring up a new dock lock system for 6 trucks and turning 200 florescent lights into l.e.d. lights and ballast through a C.I.P. program I helped spearhead with a coworker who helped me with all the energy savings computations. I love my job, but I can't keep working 12-16 hour days 6 days a week. I don't mind the hours I work or what I do (within my scope), but I'd like to be salary 1700/ month. Part time so I can keep working for myself/ my clients. Thank you.
