Current• Assigning bandwidth for new customers as requested, prepare to view usage graphs, preparation, deployment backup services and maintenance of bandwidth managers.Up gradation bandwidth for customers as requested, suspend bandwidth, deletion customer from system• Keeping in touch always with the IIG for bandwidth usage/upgration,and traffic analysis Maintaining DNS system, update DNS entries, MX, Record A any other DNS related task.Provide adequate backup and archiving of critical data to facilitate systems restoration as required.• Ensuring Intranet, Internet security and access control in the office network as well public network. As per the requirement, installation, maintenance and upgrading of servers and network devices. Project assigning to junior Engineer, follow up and monitoring the project status making more accuracy to deliver customer• Leading to find proper solution for critical problems if occurred in the running network.Installation and configuration Internet Gateway server in Linux (Mail, Proxy, FTP, Print) Help to purchase committee to purchase right device or equipment in the proper way Preparing System Operational Procedure (SOP) which was to be handed over after completion of project.
