I led district-wide workshops with up to 100 teachers at a time for my school district. I would plan and lead initial trainings as well as refresher trainings. CPI training gives educators the skills to safely and effectively respond to anxious, hostile, or violent behaviors while balancing the responsibilities of care. Includes safe restraining techniques, though specializes in intervention strategies and techniques to prevent violent behaviors.

I led workshops for training research-based math practices for math teachers. I would plan and lead initial week-long workshops as well as follow-up training.
