As Project Manager for an externally-fund transformation project, my role was to collaborate with staff, subject matter experts, Indigenous leaders, faculty and students to activate decolonial and Indigenizing practices at UBC Sauder. The project integrates Indigenous perspectives, knowledge, and competencies into the pedagogy of UBC Sauder into curricula and provides transformative training and resources to faculty and key leaders.Key deliverables were:- The development of curriculum resources and training materials to improve faculty members’ capabilities in teaching Indigenous topics in an informed and sensitive manner. - Enriching UBC Sauder student education with a better understanding of Canada’s history, the current issues facing Indigenous & non-Indigenous Canadians, and our shared path forward towards a future of true reconciliation.- Developing and sustaining decolonial perspectives and respect for Indigenous worldviews and scholarship throughout the institution.Our team provided customized in-person and hybrid training on Indigenous topics for 80+ senior leaders and faculty, coordinated a variety of classroom and content experiences in BCom and graduate courses, and built a customized online resource centre to assist faculty in their Indigenization efforts.

As Executive Director at Shift Delivery, my role provided essential oversight of all aspects of the business. My work at Shift continues to evolve, with responsibilities now reaching deep throughout the company. As a Director and managing partner of Shift Delivery, I oversee day to day business operations, and am the driving force behind projects and processes. Responsibilities range from Client Relations and Sales, financial management and forecasting, team training, administration and more. Vendor relations, procurement, and strategy are also major components of my work.

My work as a co-owner of Shift Delivery is multi-faceted and exciting. Primary responsibilities include account management, operations coordination, and fleet development. I also manage technical projects and procurement and contribute to team management and training.

On contract for Modo, I provided event planning and execution activities, focusing on community outreach and the successful re-branding of the Co-op. This included volunteer coordination and training, public engagement, purchasing activities, and logistics coordination. I also contributed to the development and delivery of a social media strategy.

As an Account Manager at Tried & True, I was very active with B2B sales, delivery and logistics coordination, and helping clients get the most out of their technology. I also helped clients with technical troubleshooting, inventory management, and cost analysis. As our business grew, I took on more responsibility for product development, purchasing, inventory control, and marketing and branding work.
