Current- Planning activities and financial plans for Media Production department;
- Responsible for the business results of the production department;
- Manage projects of Media Production department, including entertainment video production projects, movies/TV shows and movies;
- Contacting investors to raise capital for projects;
- Monitor production including personnel, technology, budget and schedule. Negotiate with parties to get the best quote for each stage of the project;
- Supervising the script, director, actors and the entire filmmaking crew to properly, fully and seriously comply with the contract agreed between the parties and within the budget;
