Unit Production Manager
Current• Planning activities and financial plans for Media Production department;• Responsible for the business results of the production department;• Manage projects of Media Production department, including entertainment video production projects, movies/TV shows and movies;• Contacting investors to raise capital for projects;• Monitor production including personnel, technology, budget and schedule. Negotiate with parties to get the best quote for each stage of the project;• Supervising the script, director, actors and the entire filmmaking crew to properly, fully and seriously comply with the contract agreed between the parties and within the budget;• Working with PR/Marketing partners to implement the communication plan for the project;• Timely update on project status for company leaders and investors• Build Media Team for Media Production department.
