* Allocate and supervise Nightly tasks* Monitor the quality of the work that our warehouse operatives carry out and make sure that our products are handled correctly in line with company training and H&S guidelines* Plan the Nightly shift resource and monitor workload throughout the shift to make sure our vehicles are loaded on time* Hold daily structured team briefs so that everybody is aware of what they need to do* Motivate and support all direct reports* Investigate errors in scanning and other issues* Help with following our HR processes in a fair and consistent way including investigations, grievances, disciplinary meetings, performance management and appraisals* Manage the shift in the absence of the Shift Managers, including completing a handover to the day shift and helping them with any KPI reports.* Promote H&S Culture by ensuring that employees work in a way that reduces risk.
