Senior leadership and client counsel across accounts, with a focus on both UK specific and EMEA-wide activity for clients including Nikon, VMware and Hay Group. Responsibilities related to every aspect of account management and campaign delivery, such as: the initial development and presentation of ideas; budgeting, strategy and planning; creative content development (across traditional, digital and social channels); activation across different geographies; reporting and feedback.

In addition to managing client relationships and internal teams, I represented both agency and clients at various events, including CES in Las Vegas and VMworld in Barcelona. I ran location-based creative projects and campaign photo-shoots for Nikon, and managed the development of a bespoke, Excel-based reporting tool that streamlined the collation and analysis of monthly updates from 20 local agencies across EMEA.

Working in a small, boutique agency in Chelsea provided early exposure to a wide-range of PR and comms tasks, from media relations to reporting, to developing campaign proposals and new business pitches. Accounts included high-end consumer and luxury brands such as Brazilian designer Silvia Naylor, Helen Green Design and contemporary furniture retailer Go Modern.
