Chiefly working on the Siemens New Deer Substation (3 years Contract)-Worked with security team to support safety and security of clients and building assets.-Managed team of 8 security guards to monitor Siemens Substation facility.-Co-ordinated rosters across team to maintain appropriate security presence and coverage at all times.-Closely monitored and archived CCTV footages.-Checked the vicinity and anticipated safety concerns.-Cooperated with other security team members to enhance the protection and safety of the area.-Routinely patrolled Substation, store buildings and staff area to ensure safety of workers and guests.-Managed staff, ensuring safe working conditions and reports of accidents and faults were accurately completed.-Used expert IT techniques, maintaining excellent services.-Ensuring all staff and visitors adhere to COVID protocols on site.-Checking temperatures before entry and ensuring social distancing policies are followed.

I worked as a Door Supervisor as well as an Event's steward with Securi Group. I worked on various locations, clubs, pubs, football matches and the taxi rank.
