With 23 years of experience in the military, Brian is a strategic and dynamic leader who supervises, trains, motivates, and develops diverse teams of individuals in highly dynamic and challenging work environments. He is currently the Senior Enlisted Leader at Intel and Cyber Effects Ops Directorate, Air National Guard, where he oversees the intelligence and cyber operations of the state and federal missions. Previously he was the Chief Enlisted Manager at 1st Air Force, United States Air Force, where he led and managed the enlisted force of the command.Brian holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, and has skills in leadership, analytical problem solving, office administration, and change management. He is passionate about speaking, teaching, and coaching others on how to achieve their personal and professional goals, and has partnered with John Maxwell, a renowned leadership expert and author.
