My journey began near the beginning of 2018, when I was inspired and motivated by an individual who live-streamed his at home gym workouts. In high school I was always doing sports such as, weightlifting, American football, track and field. I was in shape and active but never really but forth the discipline and understanding that went into training or nutrition to gain the most out of what I was trying to accomplish. Several years past and I was getting a bit out of shape. Determined to get back in shape and see how far I can push myself to get the body I wanted, I began entering the world of fitness and bodybuilding. In it, I established self-discipline and my passion for fitness training grew exceptionally. By March of 2019, I decided to enroll in NASM to pursue the career of Health & Fitness and by August, I became a certified personal trainer.I am an established Certified Trainer with National Academy of Sports and Medicine, since 2019.The gifts that God has bestowed upon me and Founder of Brandon Strong Fitness, LLC, it is my goal to spread my knowledge and to help improve the physical, mental, and spiritual health among everyone all over the Earth. It is my mission that people understand the importance of Health & Fitness.
