In my role at DXC Technology I work on projects for many clients, managing the entire lifecycle from the initial technical proposal to the implementation and administration of monitoring and DevOps solutions. As the technical reference for the team, I provide guidance, support and training to other professionals, ensuring adherence to best practices in monitoring, automation and CI/CD pipelines.Our projects primarily involve working with Linux, Windows Server, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Ansible, Python and containerized environments using tools like Docker and Kubernetes. I also collaborate with professionals across LATAM countries to develop integrated monitoring and DevOps projects, introduce automation and drive innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability for our clients.

At IBM, I played a key role in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure and monitoring solutions for large-scale enterprise environments. I was responsible for the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of monitoring systems, ensuring the reliability and performance of critical applications.

I taught the courses "Graphic Computing" and "Web Design" as part of the Digital Communication undergraduate program. In this role, I developed and delivered course content, focusing on both theoretical foundations and practical applications. My teaching approach emphasized hands-on experience, enabling students to gain proficiency in graphic design tools, web development technologies, and industry best practices.

Oversaw the administrative, pedagogical, and technical operations of the institution. Responsible for hiring, evaluating, and supporting instructors, as well as coordinating meetings and managing teaching materials. Managed the technical infrastructure, including network implementation and computer maintenance. Additionally, taught various specialized courses, contributing to both student success and faculty development.
