After Covid move from JV to Syndicating real estate in Multi Family in emerging markets in US with high returns for passive investors. Recently property closed and operating in Texas with 100 units and invested in Nevada with 233 units.Graduated in Economy in Costa Rica, did studies in US, with no money, worked for someone "once", I became allergic to W2 at early years and I started a business from home and expanded internationally. Married for 44 years with the "same" woman, 2 daughters and 2 grandsons. Living life with nice residual incomes from different sources streams.
