Plan the strategy for the company's supply activities (transport, storage, distribution) in order to guarantee customer satisfaction throughout the entire supply chain.Development and application of operating procedures to receive, handle, store and ship merchandise and materials.

Responsible for all aspects of logistics, delivery chain, customer delivery operation from origin to destination. Supervise each stage of the distribution and storage process, to ensure delivery times, comply with the laws of the different countries and each state, respect the budget margins and quality standards.Similarly, responsible for the global logistics network (incoming and outgoing), strategies of the distribution centers located in Arizona, Texas, New Jersey, Chicago and Los Angeles.Responsibilities:• Work with external clients and internal departments to develop an optimal delivery schedule for products and services.• Carry out disciplinary investigations, training and investigation of complaints, take appropriate measures to remedy possible misconduct.• Respond efficiently and quickly to unforeseen delivery processes to maximize both customer satisfaction and product condition.• Ensure the efficient operation of administrative processes.• Management of subcontractors to ensure that their performance is aligned with the contract agreements.• Supervise the completion of the control and documentation processes required by law.• Monitor and track product flow in the warehouse.• Supervise the cycle of orders.
