Some of the strategies that were implemented involved data mining for facility's hiring trends or preferences, standardizing communication between all parties involved in the hiring process, and best practices to ensure win-win outcomes for all parties as much as possible.Educated internal team on industry knowledge. This included verbiage, industry trends, and how it affects our day to day business.Implemented standardization processes to ensure all of our activities remained constant when signing new client facilities and new suppliers. This involved creating templates and eliminating outdated practices.
