MARKETING• Head of marketing for $90 million credit union in Chesterfield County, overseeing all marketing & business development functions. • Designed and implemented all marketing programs, including direct mail, online ad design, flyers, e-mail marketing and newsletters, resulting in 3 s• Headed marketing, business development, IT, & call center departments• Back up to the President/CEO.• Product owner for digital solutions, including home banking, mobile banking, and telephone banking.• Presented credit union products and services and benefits fairs, orientations and trade shows. Over 15% of new membership growth resulted from participation in these events.• Project manager for core conversion to Symitar Episys, online/mobile banking implementation, and VoIP phone system implementation.• Developed products from concept to launch, including enhanced credit card offering, member loyalty program, and payday loan alternative.• Credit union spokesperson.• Lead negotiator on contract discussions for core processing services, online banking services, credit/debit processing & check printing services. Total cost reductions in excess of $500,000 realized.
