Detect and respond to advanced threats, anomalous user behavior and suspicious activity. Perform regular audits of internal controls in accordance with SOC2 criteria. Conduct detailed comprehensive analysis and investigate a wide variety of security events and implement comprehensive mitigation controls where applicable. Serve as a security consultant for business operational projects. Keep up to date on emerging threats, vulnerabilities and the threat landscape and apply proactive threat monitoring to reduce risk of zero day exploits. Implement and analyze cloud threat detection techniques and data loss prevention policies in O365 and Azure. Implement and configure automated log ingestion to a central SIEM and develop comprehensive dashboards that encompass security events throughout the entire IT infrastructure.

Provide system support for client networks, covering all systems from desktops to servers to network equipment. Work with client to ensure that client’s system needs are met. Plan, organize and implement large projects for your clients, including network conversions, server upgrades, new server installs, etc. Work to maintain client systems and documentation. My duties as Accounting Manager included oversight all financial departments including payroll and accounts payable/receivable. Other job duties included: Processes billing files. Completes monthly billing to all government agencies. Enters billing information into Peachtree and sends out monthly invoices. Maintains spreadsheets of service authorizations and accounts receivable. Monitors all government and client accounts receivable.  Reconciles accounts receivable and submits monthly reports to executives. Prepares and checks time records for management. Enters all payroll data into the ADP and audit against timeclock/management reports. Prepares manual payroll check requests and advance check requests to Payroll. Responsible for annual budget preparation. Reviews monthly financial statements for accuracy. Investigates variances and submits corrections for discrepancies.  Prepares monthly accruals. Prepares Payment Requests for vendor invoices and submits to Accounts Payable in a timely manner. Prepares audit schedules for Agency's annual audit as requested. Oversees all fiscal responsibilities within the programs and projects. Build schedules for accounting and cashier staff in 24x7 operations environment. Perform employee reviews.

As accounting manager I am responsible for monitoring all financial duties in the accounting/cashier department. List of duties is the same as Caribbean Cardroom LLC which was the sister company.

Responsible for opening and staffing an accounting department from business inception. Role required extensive training and evaluation of established accounting/cashier procedures to address the various complications presented during operations. Worked close with HR and management to evaluate staff and participate in all forms of the employment process. Audit all accounting records and investigate discrepancies. In the end, I was responsible for overseeing closing of the business books and verifying that records properly balanced and archived at business close.
