Working with the business owner and product owner, I am responsible for thedelivery of all IT Solutions to support Doing Good Rewards (DGR) short and long termobjectives.As the IT Solutions Architect, I research latest industry trends and opportunities inrelation to DGR’s own, its Clients’ & its Partners’ requirements. Then I scope & designsolutions for internal coding by DGR’s offshore Development Team. We work using Scrum ways of working with an Agile mindset.Doing Good Rewards is a social enterprise rewarding everyone for Doing Good. We’re disrupting the status quo in the CSR and charity-giving spaces, and benefiting businesses and the community in the process.

Delivery of all IT Solutions to my clients short and long term objectives.

• Develop PHP based Yii MVC framework with database structure, Connectivies CMSwhich handle multiple websites with different templates.• Work on multiple affiliate platforms i.e. LinkShare, APD, Commission Factory andZanox data feeds of retailers, products, banners, coupons, sales & reports.• Server side cron jobs to execute affiliates data feeds.• Develop multiple reports modules in CMS with support of download & Upload XLS,CSV and PDF formats.• Handling a offshore team of 4 and setup development environments for them.• Turns web design and UI mockups into functional websites powered by CMS.• Manage working with internal teams and third parties to ensure that all aspects ofprojects are delivered accurately and to required deadlines utilising relevantproject documentation where necessary.• Working with management and clients directly during planning phases of project.• Point of contact for clients & management with technical questions.• Evaluate & provide architectural solutions and lead the development.• Responsibility to translate business requirements into technical solution.• Fanatical about quality, usability, security & scalability.• Collaborate & co-ordinate activities with management to streamline activities andmake better use of internal resources.• Act as an effective interface between the creative and technical specialists.• Implement and ensure usage of tools to assist with tasking and project managementacross the team.

• Work on custom PHP, MVC PHP, Cube Cart, Open Cart, Magento, Wordpress.• Started as Jr PHP developer but sooner promoted as Team Lead.• Manage 12 resources, assign tasks to insure project deadlines and support.• Develop various websites using in house custom build PHP CMS.
