Set in the heart of the Caringorm National Park, Kinrara distillery is one of Scotlands smallest commercial distilleries. Founded in 2017, the distillery will be releasing its first gins to the market in February 2018. The Kinrara highland dry gin will be a mixture of foraged botanicals and water filtered through the Cairngorm mountains. We hope to launch a second gin later in the Spring which will champion some of the finest young Scottish artists on the bottles.

Managing the day to day business of creating award winning gins and laying down priceless whisky.We are proud to be winners of "Scotlands Craft Spirit of the Year" 2015 for our Oaked Highland Gin. We also have the pleasure of having "Scotland's Young Distillery of the Year", 22 year old, Zak Shenfield, overseeing, designing and distilling all our spirits. Most recently we were commended by Whisky Magazine as an "Icons of Whisky" and were short listed in six other categories.Strathearn Distillery, near the village of Methven in Perthshire, is "probably Scotland’s smallest " whisky and gin distillery.The distillery produces hand-crafted, artisan single cask, single malt whisky by using traditional methods and ideas.Our beautiful small copper stills are used to create individual batches of spirit matured in small casks. In addition to whisky, the distillery also produces a range of premium gins which are now widely marketed across Scotland and beyond.

As a consultant for Home House, I was employed to launch their first club outside London. To this end I was to oversee and take full control of refurbishing the recently purchased Hallion Club in Edinburgh, employ a management team and relaunch it as a Home House within 6 months.

As a hospitality consultant I oversaw all aspects of the opening of the Food & Beverage franchise within the Perth Concert Hall. I was responsible for every facet of pre-opening and then initial operation, including food concept design, purchasing, all recruitment, systems set up, operational standards and financial reporting.
