Managed a team of 200 employees across 5 divisions. Led the development of the new version of the court automation software, a modern web solution built with Angular, microservices, and GraphQL in C#. This solution is currently in production in Colombia at the Peace Court - JEP.Softplan is one of the largest software companies in Latin America, specializing in Civil Construction, Justice Automation, and Public Management, with over 2,000 employees.
