Member of the leadership team forming a new Digital function in Sky’s Consumer Group. Transitioned a legacy set of siloed teams (eCommerce, Product, Production, Technology) into a new cross-functional matrix model. Established and led a tribe of Product Managers, Experience Managers, Designers and Analysts, and matrix-led five dev squads based across several sites.Led an accelerated technical re-platform, moving all acquisition and upgrade journeys within three months (instead of nine). Established a test-and-learn CRO programme, with a culture of bold experiments and rapid optimisations. A high cadence of delivery, with 30 releases within four months - a record for our legacy estate at the time - helping to achieve a 2pp conversion increase.

Broke down large, complex programmes for delivery, identified dependencies and risks that might affect delivery. Worked with Commercial and Technology leadership to establish best practices for analysis and agile delivery. Projects included the launch of new propositions like Sky Q, rolling out digital sales in Ireland, and an end-to-end re-platform.
