I've been responsible for all of the commercial Real estate acquisitions, design and development, asset management, and disposition, to list a few.My first project in the Atlanta market was a 28 unit broken condominium community on Atlanta's East Side. The project was acquired, brought to completion, and sold out in under 13 months, in a strategic partnership with Redfin. Since then, I have repositioned thousands of units in and around Atlanta, and throughout the State of Georgia.Prior to launching the firm’s presence in Georgia, I headed the entry into North Carolina, and California. I also formed an affiliated property management company and construction group.
