I build and lead innovation and design strategy practices for global clients across various industries and sectors. With over 20 years of experience in the intersection of design and technology development, delivering user research, creative direction, and user experience design. I have a background from global companies McKinsey, Nokia, Volvo Cars, Volvo Group and from smaller startups and digital agencies. In these roles I have helped organizations reach new growth by building and launching new products, services to address customer needs, market opportunities, and sustainability challenges. I have deep expertise in foresight and innovation, from building and delivering strategic programs that enable companies to anticipate and shape their future - using design and foresight methods to generate insights, scenarios, and solutions that inform transformation and growth strategies. I have built and managed several large and diverse international design teams across the US, EU, and Asia, always in a spirit of collaboration, creativity, and excellence in delivery. I regularly give talks on futures and foresight. I have taught at Konstfack Stockholm, AHO Oslo, Aalto Arts Helsinki, Hyperisland Stockholm, and Umeå Institute of Design.
