A 600V 5kW hardware prototype was built with a power density of 2.74 kW/L and an efficiency of 97%.4) Designed a single-stage isolated AC/DC converter to interface between AC and DC grids. The proposed converter allows bidirectional power flow, which can be used in battery storage systems.5) Proposed a modular isolated AC/DC structure for EV charging stations that can connect directly to medium voltage AC (over 3.3kV) grids without low frequency (50/60Hz) transformers.6) Designed a 380V 10kW smart inverter for an industrial project. The inverter can detect open circuit faults in less than 50ms. -

The system was used to convert and inject the power of PV solar panels into the main grid.2) Developed a website platform to monitor power and working conditions of electrical systems, using Zigbee and Ethernet protocol.3) Designed a 220V 5hp inverter to control AC synchronous motors; applied motor speed and position control algorithms.4) Designed a 50W flyback power supply and a 150W push-pull converter.
