The key goals of the service were to provide a common API that allowed ease of integration from existing channels and faster adoption of new security devices as well as greater enforcement of Corporate software/hardware strategies.Contribution: David designed and implemented the integration of the new service with the existing Corporate Cash Management channel. He further extended the service to implement biometric profiling of client sessions to tackle multiple fraud attack vectors. He worked extensively with Hitachi to design, develop and integrate a new Biometric (VeinID), PKI based, security solution to the bank as an alternative authentic and signing solution for clients.

    Project Description: Following an EC directive the Bank was required to divest a segment of their customer and branch base in order to create a challenger bank. The project was to establish the new bank complete with IT environment and personnel using the source bank as a starting point.Contribution: David led the resilience and disaster recovery (DR), and contributed to the performance, areas of the non-functional testing workstream. He analysed existing resilience and DR artefacts and documented high level requirements as well as an approach for assigning them for both areas. David also developed risk based testing tools, estimation models and the non-functional testing workstream project plan.
