Account Executive (Inside Sales)
CurrentFast paced financial sales in the Equipment Finance industry. Customer base spanned from Near-Prime (BB) customers to Subprime (D) customers, across the US and Canada. Role involved warm-calling, and qualifying sales leads, reviewing and packaging financial documents and authoring in-depth analytical write ups to achieve approvals with lending partners, and communicating complex financial solutions to customers. Typical sales cycle is between 90-120 days, with intermittent transactional sales. Primarily a Consultative/ Solution based sales structure, with relationship building components to convert one-time clients into monthly/Bi-monthly repeat clientele. Conducted training for new-hires and on-boarded new lending partners. Managed relationships through our lead-generation channels, surpassing projected KPI's, while concurrently surpassing internal sales targets. Notably achieved a position in the Sales "Excellence Club" in first year of employment, which is reserved for the top performing salespeople. Have maintained the Excellence Club status throughout the program. Consistent at over-achieving quotas/"plan" as the top performer, through a growing number of consecutive quarters.
