I look after the strategy & planning function of Cisco's cloud-based networking group, Meraki, leading teams that specialize in new market launch, corporate development, business transformation and analytics.With nearly two decades of professional experience in Asia, North America and Europe, I had the opportunity to manage international expansion and transformation projects in MNCs, serve as CFO in a startup, and in corporate development roles leading M&A, post-merger integration, IPO and capital raising projects in B2B, SaaS, e-commerce and consumer internet industries. I started my career in investment banking and private equity.Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Knowledge of computer networking (CCNA), front-end web development, and cloud computing. Understanding of Python and SQL programming. An ACCA Member (UK accounting qualification), and completed all levels of the CFA examination and the FRM examination.
