CurrentKey achievements prior to promotion: Successfully proposed and managed the development/production of large scale, multimedia/multichannel recruitment marketing campaigns to support the attraction of members to our Central Government and London BU’s (in addition to continued holistic BAU campaigns).Led on the development and creation of the ‘Early Careers Portal’; developed as a content hub to complement the existing application journey and a two way communication tool that complements the ATS journey, allowing us to offer much more sophisticated and efficient candidate/parent “keep warm” strategies between offer and start date. “Road-showed” Recruitment Marketing tools and resources produced for the UK team to the wider global talent community. Received excellent buy-in and local adoption in various regions (also driving the case for dedicated Recruitment Marketing support in other regions). Developed and managed the creation of an internal Resourcing and Recruitment portal allowing members to better understand and identify opportunities available to them internally and manage their careers at CGI effectively = increased retention. Introduced more cost effective means of successful attraction/direct hiring for service desk recruitment leading to 0% agency use and representing savings in excess of £100k.A sustained increase in applications to CGI in the UK, now sitting an average of +10,000 per quarter (were c. 2000 per quarter when I joined). Continue to act and deliver as a valued strategic consultant and partner to the Recruitment and HR team, playing a pivotal role in guiding their attraction/recruitment and retention strategies. Continue to proactively partner with global counterparts, sharing and leveraging ideas that can widely benefit CGI globally in the area of recruitment marketing. UK model being adapted and adopted on a global scale.
