Dearg's remit was to advise on the pros and cons of the different payment models and provide a recommendation on the model that best suits the ambitions of the roadmap considering the existing technical architecture, active integrations, and regulatory requirements required to execute and maintain the selected model. Finally, making initial recommendations on the payments landscape holding discussions with vendors while ultimately assisting in discussions/negotiations with PSP's that will support the model.
