I was responsible for the supervision of all FOH and BOH employees. I hired, trained, maintained, supervised, and scheduled all FOH employees while maintaining positive employee relations. I ensured the restaurant meet all quality standards and abided by all rules and regulations set forth by the government. I meet budget goals and discussed budgets with the BOH management during managers meeting and also discussed plans for marketing, advertising, plans for seating, menu options, policies, rules, and preparation for live band. I was trained to ensure safety, emergency actions, to have exceptional customer service, to work any and all equipment, control cost, and have expertise with the Micros System. I enhanced the reputation of the business all under the supervision of my GM and DO.

My responsibilities included supervision of employees. I recorded, filled, and presented audit reports to the general manager during the night shift. I maintained the store by assisting employees rotating the cooler, merchandise stock and assisting customer at the registers. I also had the utmost respect for the customers and employees.

I was responsible for managing the crew under the supervision of the shift manager. I was responsible for the service and satisfaction of customers in the fast food restaurant assisted the manager with opening/closing the business, PNL, Labor/Food Cost, windows excel, and maintain the restaurant. I kept a strong crew with a clean and had the best food products for the customers.
